The process step by step

Initial consultation and eye examination(30-40 minutes)
The plastic surgeon listens to the patient's complaints, and the skin elasticity, fat tissue, and muscle condition of the eyelids are evaluated. Vision function and dry eye status are also checked.

Recovery process
Swelling around the eyes, blue-purple discoloration, and a mild feeling of tightness are most pronounced during this period. Watery eyes and light sensitivity are normal.
Restriction: Reducing screen time (phone, computer), keeping the head elevated, and avoiding pressure on the eyes are recommended.
Sutures are usually removed on day 5-7. Swelling gradually subsides, blue-purple discoloration begins to lighten, and it becomes possible to cover it with makeup.
Restriction: Wearing contact lenses, aggressive eye rubbing, and direct sun exposure are not recommended during this period.
Most of the visible swelling and discoloration resolves, and most patients return to daily life and their work routine. Any sense of asymmetry between the eyes gradually decreases.
Restriction: Avoiding heavy physical activity and vigorous eye rubbing, and using sunglasses, is recommended.
Fine swelling fully resolves, incision lines fade, and blend into the natural creases. The final shape becomes clearer during this period.
Restriction: No special restrictions; daily life is fully normal.
